Billy Clemons

William Alan Clemons, known as ‘Billy’ passed away on February 1, 2025 at his residence at the age of 53. He was born January 25, 1972 in West Point to the late Lee Ryals and Lalia Nedra Clemons. 

 He is survived by 3 sons, River Clemons, Rider Clemons, Harley Smith; daughter, Montana Clemons; brother, Jimmy Clemons; half-sister, Kathy Buchanan; several nieces and nephews.

 A memorial service will be held at a later date.
