Don Thorpe

Donald Samuel Thorpe passed away Tuesday February 18, 2025 at his residence at the age of 66. He was born January 23, 1959 in Dothan, AL to the late Gerald Thorpe and Fern Weaver Thorp. He worked all his life for newspapers and his last 20 years for the Starkville Daily newspaper.

 He is survived by his sister, Charlotte Thorpe of FL; his brother, Darrell Thorpe of FL; 2 nieces and nephews; 4 great nieces and nephews. 

 A Celebration of life will be held at 1 PM Friday February 28, 2025 at Meadowlawn Cemetery in Enterprise, AL.
