Gary W. Cunningham

Gary W. Cunningham passed away Thursday October 12, 2017 at his residence at the age of 63. He was born November 17, 1953 in West Monroe, LA to the late Aline McFarland and Ray Cunningham. He worked in construction for many years and could build anything. He also worked as an instructor at EMCC teaching manufacturing skills.

 Service will be held at 11 AM Saturday October 14, 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Channappareddy Basani officiating. Visitation will be 9-10:30 AM Saturday at the church. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Gene Allen Sanders, Mike Hill, Patsy Malone, Glenn Ward, Stan West, Scot Simmons. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Raj Shaunak, Barry Bray, Tommy Higgins.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Cunningham of West Point; son, John Lyle Cunningham (Jessie) of Seattle, WA; daughter, Vanessa C. Collier (Gregg) of West Point; brother, Curtis A. Cunningham of Houston, MS, sister, Judy C. Crump of Arlie, AL; father-in-law, John McTaggart; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews; 4 grandchildren, Madison Collier, Carson Collier, Emma-LLeyton Collier, Lennon Cunningham.
