Henry Tex Brown, 18, of West Point passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was born April 10, 1996 in Amory, MS. Henry Tex Brown loved. He loved his family. He loved his church. He loved football. Henry Brown loved life. His love and zest for life was inspiring and was seen every day through his smile. Henry's smile always did more than brighten someone's day. His smile encouraged friends, brought hope to friends and reminded us all what we are here on this earth to do. Henry and his smile reminded us all to love each other all of the time, no matter what. West Point has lost a very bright light in our community. Henry Brown was an angle here on earth right in the midst of all our lives. If you were lucky enough to know Henry Tex Brown, well then, you were just plain lucky.
