Homer Dyer

Homer Dyer, 81, of Madison, MS, entered Heaven on August 9, 2022.  Homer lived most of his life in West Point where he was a member of First Baptist Church.  His kind and gentle spirit touched many lives leaving behind a wealth of fond memories and love.

Homer was predeceased by his parents, B.Z. and Zula Dyer.  He is survived by his wife, JoAnn and his children, Christy Herbal (Rich) and Michelle Ray (Roland) as well as his grandchildren Christopher Moore (Kilee), Katie Parker (Austin), Brandon Ray, Tyler Ray and Alex Ray.  He had one great-grandchild, Luke Parker.

A celebration of life service will be held in his honor at 2:30 pm on Friday, August 12 at Robinson Funeral Home in West Point with Rev. Dale Funderburg officiating.  Visitation will be 1 PM to service time at Robinson Funeral Home.
