James McManus

Jessie James McManus passed away October 1, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle at the age of 74. He was born February 9, 1947 in Starkville, MS to the late Ada Frances Malone McManus and John Calvin McManus. He worked for the city of West Point for many years. He was also a locksmith. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed golf and bowling. He is survived by 2 brothers, Johnny McManus of West Point and Roy Dale McManus of Carriere, MS; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, William Thomas McManus, Jerry McManus and Mickey McManus; a sister, Ida Frances Pruett. A memorial service will be 1:30 PM Sunday October3, 2021 at Robinson Chapel. Visitation with family and friends will be 12:30-1:30 PM Sunday at Robinson Funeral Home.
