John Lamar Fulgham passed away June 3, 2024 at his residence at the age of 84. He was born October 11, 1939 in West Point to the late Erma Edwards Fulgham and Curtis Floyd Fulgham. He served in the United States Navy and worked a short time in the Pentagon. John loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, boating and spending time at the deer camp. He loved spending time with family on the family farm in West Point. Anybody that knew him, enjoyed his great sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Cornell Fulgham, also known as ‘Bunny’; daughters, Vicki Lynn Sevier and husband Damon; Misi Moreland and husband Tim; 5 grandchildren, Ethan Sevier, Wyatt Sevier, Kelsey Moreland, Chase Moreland, and Tyler Fulgham.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Scott Lamar Fulgham; 3 brothers; 2 sisters.
A graveside service will be 11 AM Friday June 7, 2024 at West Point Memorial Gardens cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Tim Moreland, Damon Sevier, Ethan Sevier, Wyatt Sevier, Chase Moreland, and Tyler Fulgham. Honorary pallbearers are members of Buttahatchee Hunting Club.
