Katherine Dawn Ferrell Allen

Katherine Dawn Allen passed away Tuesday June 6, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Columbus at the age of 58. She was born in Belzoni MS. September 29, 1964 to Kenneth Cecil Ferrell and Becky Ruth Hartness Ferrell of West Point. She loved camping, cooking and her Grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday June 10, 2023 at West Point First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Brandon Bates Officiating. Visitation with family and friends will be 1:00-3:00 PM Saturday June 10, 2023 in the Church Sanctuary. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Wayne Allen of West Point; son, Tim (Christin) Ferrell of West Point; her parents, Kenneth and Beckey Ferrell; brothers, Benjamin (Adrien) Ferrell of Wright City, Mo; Cecil (Shanna) Ferrell of West Point; sister, Kendra Ferrell (Marty) Goff of Tallahassee Fl; 2 grandchildren, Ashleigh Ferrell, Paxton Ferrell; she is preceded in death by her grandfather, Cecil creed Ferrell; grandmother, Nola Christine Ferrell; grandfather, Homer B. Hartness; grandmother, Nellie Ruth Hartness and her grandson Michael Easton Ferrell
