Lucy Byrd

Lucy Rochelle  Byrd passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at her residence in Prairie, MS, at the age of 71. She was born May 28, 1950, in Memphis, TN to the late Charles Joseph Ciulla and Jaquline Johnny Folis.  She was  a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in West Point, MS.  

         She is survived by her husband, James Byrd, Jr.; her children, Joy (Velton) Devore, Pam Byrd, Tripp (Judy) Byrd, Tallie Byrd, and Jamie (David) Andrews; her grandchildren, Chelsie Carter, Ruth Andrews, Trey Andrews, Michael Devore, Evin Olds, Jakob Olds, and Adam Olds; and six great grandchildren; and three sisters.

        She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and one brother.

        Visitation will be 12:30-2:30 PM Sunday April 3, 2022 at Robinson Funeral  Home.  A graveside service will follow at 3 pm at West Point Memorial Gardens with Father Binh Nguyen officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Tripp Byrd III, David Andrews, Jr., Trey Andrews III, Austin Price, Cameron Price, and Frank Platt.
