Peggy Joyce Ingram passed away Monday February 26, 2018 at NMMC-Tupelo at the age of 80. She was born March 2, 1937 in Webster County to the late Lillie Pittman and T.U. Blaylock. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where she was very active in youth, choirs, and Banner Ministries. She loved traveling, shopping, visiting with friends, social gatherings, laughter and helping others. Mrs. Peggy loved MSU Woman’s Basketball. She was highly involved in the West Point Greenwave Booster Club. Visitation will be 5-7PM Tuesday at Robinson Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday February 28, 2018 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Young officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Ingram, Kenny Ingram, Stan Blaylock, Michael Barney, Bryan Harrell and Ken Wilburn. Honorary pallbearers will be Herbert Wooten, Rob Wilburn, Calvary Banner Ministry, Coach Bubba Davis, Caoch Chris Chambliss, Coach Frank Portera, Coach Dennis Allen, Coach Travis Langford, Jimmy Duke, Stephen Duke, Dan Sheals, Sammy McNeal, Laddie Huffman, and Sheriff Eddie Scott.
She is survived by her husband, Herb Ingram of West Point; 2 sons, Phil Ingram (Joni) of Steens, Brian Ingram (Kim) of Tupelo; sister-in-law, Bobbie Blaylock of Eupora; 4 grandchildren, Jessy Ingram, Chance Ingram (Hillary), Savannah Ingram, Chloe Ingram; 1 great grandchild, Chip Maddox Ingram.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Thomas Blaylock.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church in West Point.
