Robbie Busbin

Robbie Rae Busbin passed March 8, 2022 at West Point Community Living Center at the age of 89. She was born February 21, 1933 in Houston, MS to the late Arnold Pettit and Maude Irene Bennett Pettit. She worked at Big Yank as a seamstress for many years. She loved gardening and her family.

            Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday March 10, 2022 at Robinson Chapel with Rev. Owen Hitchcock officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Skeeter Busbin, Josh Busbin, Corey Ellis, Dennis Blizzard, Ben Langley. Honorary pallbearers are the staff at West Point Community Living Center. Visitation will be Thursday 1-2 PM at Robinson Funeral Home.

            She is survived by her son, Ronnie Busbin of West Point; her daughter, Debbie Ellis of West Point; sister, Joyce Vance of Jackson; 6 grandchildren, Josh Busbin, Jamie Busbin, Corey Ellis, Christy Hall, Kelly Andrews, Skeeter Busbin; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; I W Busbin; son, Stanley Busbin; 2 sisters.
