Rose Dean

Rose Marie Ellis Dean of West Point died on Monday June 27, 2011 at NMMC-Tupelo at the age of 61. She was born April 14, 1950 in Holmes County to the late Elsie Grantham and Earl Ellis. She was a bank teller for over 30 years. She was a member of Siloam Baptist Church serving as Choir Director. She was also a weight watcher leader in the Cairo Community. Services will be held at 6 pm on Thursday June 30, 2010 at Siloam Baptist Church with Rev. Payton Myers officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-6 PM at the church. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Harry Ellis, Bubba Malone, Derrick Dean, James Watson, Lamon Watson, Dan Harris. She is survived by her husband, Grafton Dean of Cedar Bluff; daughter, Karen Dean of Sharpsburg, GA; brother, John Wayne Ellis; and sister, Edna Earl Lane both of Lexington, MS.
