Thomas Wilson Keller, Jr. of West Point passed away on Monday May 21, 2012 at the age of 79. He was born August 5, 1932 in West Point to the late Flora Perkins and Thomas Keller, Sr. Tom was a West Point native and married Madeline Pezant Keller 46 years ago. He was known as a husband, father, car dealer and gourd enthusiast. During his off time he enjoyed going to the river, playing cards, visiting with friends and spending time with family.
Funeral services will be Saturday May 26, 2012 at 11 AM at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Funderburg and Rev. Alan Garbutt officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Neal Myers, Lee Stafford, Jimmy Clark, Gene Swindol, Roger Swindol, Isreal Rodriguez. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. JR Powell, Shirley B. Harris, Ray Lucus, Rev. RC Bryan, Eli Smucker, Keith McClellan, Jerry Sanders, Tom Kirby, John Barron, Kenny Dill. Visitation will be Friday May 25, 2012 from 6-8 PM at Robinson Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Madeline Keller of West Point; his eldest son, Gregory Keller (Susan) of Jupiter, FL, youngest son, Gary Keller of Bradenton, FL; sister, Dot Fairchild of Hamilton, MS, Vadie Smith of Baytown, TX; brothers, James Louis Keller of Collinsville, MS, Harold Keller, Claud Keller, both of West Point; 2 grandchildren, Kaitlin and Jenna Keller.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Kenneth Keller.
