He was born on February 13, 1931 in Shuqualak, MS to the late Otis and Maudie Elizabeth Rish. He was a member of Siloam Baptist Church and he retired from B & W after 40 years of service. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Wednesday October 26, 2011 at Robinson Chapel with the Rev. Payton Myers and Rev. Duran Henry officiating. Burial will follow in West Point Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Drew White, Danny Huffman, Wayne Hindman, Glen Hindman, Keith Hindman, Lee Huffman. Honorary pallbearers will be Adult Mens Sunday School Class at Siloam Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 1to 3 Wednesday at the Robinson Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lee Rish of West Point; sister, Lois Ellen Dean of Winder, GA; aunts, Margaret Harper of West Point, Beatrice Charles of Cedar Bluff.
