Yvonne Byrd

Yvonne Byrd, 84 of West Point, MS passed on to her forever home on Tuesday May 7^th in Brandon, MS surrounded by family.

                Yvonne was born Wanda Yvonne Marshall to Eber and Christine Marshall on April 3^rd, 1940. She grew up alongside 7 sisters and 1 brother in the Delta and Monroe County of Mississippi.

                She was preceded in death by her parents, Eber and Christine; her sisters, Jo, Mary Ethel, Sue, Sammy, Nina, Linda and Brenda Jo and her brother, Tommy.

                She is survived by her sons Ricky Byrd and Lamar Byrd (Lindsay); her 5 grandchildren, Amber Quick (Billy), Nikki Taylor (Tommy), Dustin Byrd, London Byrd and Paityn Byrd, as well as her 6 great grandchildren, Harley Kozak, Caleb Kosak, Ashlyn Taylor, Madilyn Taylor, Lucas Quick and Gage Quick.

                She was strong-willed and stubborn but loving and kind. She loved her coffee, westerns, Hank Williams Jr. but most of all her loved ones.
